2004 New York City Race for the Cure
The sun shined, spirits soared and Team SSE had its best showing in New York City to date. With many returning members and a new contingent from Sarah Lawrence University, Sunday September 12th saw 30+ Team SSE members take to Manhattan for this yearıs Race For The Cure. Looping up Central Park West and through the park, the route took us past the Reservoir, the Great Lawn, the Ramble, Strawberry Fields and ended next to the Sheep Meadow. Good conversation and a brisk pace help us finish the walk with a breakneck time of one hour and 43 minutes. Thanks for all who came out and made this yearıs Team SSE NYC the best yet.
